Refund policy

All sales are final and we do not accept change of mind or exchanges.

In the event that there is a faulty item or your order has arrived damaged in any way, please email info@mookipen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a solution, usually with a replacement or refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
